Your wedding photography is more than coverage for one day. It is the way your story is preserved long after the flowers are gone, the music fades, and the timeline becomes a memory.

This investment is not just about having beautiful images. It is about being able to return to the way it all felt. The anticipation before walking down the aisle. The way your people looked at you. The details you personalized and spent months, maybe years, planning and incorporating into your day to make it yours. The laughter, the stillness, the happy chaos, the tears, the hands held a little tighter. Imagery that provides memories for, and of, loved ones.

And finding the right-fit photographer or photo team is the first step.

The PROCESS

Your wedding photographer/team will be the individual and vendor that you will spend the most time with throughout your entire day; more than you will spend with each other. Planning a wedding comes with a lot of moving parts, and choosing the right photographer can feel like a big decision. Our goal is to make the entire xperience feel natural, supportive, and easy from the moment you inquire.

Our process has been thoughtfully built to provide guidance. To understand you together and individually, and what matters the most to you, o that on your wedding day, all you have to worry about is experiencing your day as it unfolds.

05 . wedding day!

01 . INQUIRY & availability

When I've received and reviewed your inquiry, I will reach out and confirm our availability, paired with the overview of our wedding collection, and ask for availability to set up your consultation.

02 . consultation

Cade and I will hop on a video call to talk about all things wedding, from your vision, to what your expectations are on the photography side of things. During the call we will go over what it is like working with us, our approach, and open the floor for any questions to see if we are the right fit for your day.

03 . Securing your date

Throughout your planning process and leading up to your wedding, we are here for any questions or guidance you may have or need. I'll also send over some questions about the people of your day, additional details about your wedding day, and we will meet to go over those and other details for your custom photo timeline.

I will also coordinate with your planner/day of coordinator, and other vendor teams to schedule my walkthrough of the venue, and make sure everything is aligned.

If you decide we are the right team for your day, I will get the contract and retainer invoice sent to your email, outlining all of the things we discussed in your consultation. After you review, sign, and complete the invoice, YOU'RE IN!

04 . planning & prep

On your wedding day, Cade and I will be present and bring our documentary style approach and hit the ground running. Starting with detail shots if desired, and quietly observing throughout the morning while you are getting ready.

Guiding you through planned shots that we discussed throughout planning, observe as you say I Do, walk you through formals and couples photos, and celebrate with while quietly documenting the celebration through the end of the night.

After your wedding day, I get started almost immediately (because I am just as excited as you are), hand selecting and hand editing all of the best moments and formals we documented throughout the day.

After a few days, I will send over some sneak peeks through your PicTime gallery, and finish the gallery as a whole. Estimated delivery time is around 8-10 weeks after your wedding. Once the gallery is complete, all photos will be uploaded in their high-resolution format and delivered to you!

What it’s like to work with us

When you book us, we aren’t coming in as random photographers. We show up on your wedding day just as excited and ready as you are, exactly as we are (just a little more put together): the team you connected with leading up to this very day.

We understand your vision, your priorities, and dynamics we should be mindful of, and we work collectively with your other vendors and planner to make sure your moments are documented intentionally and with care.

Guiding you when needed, and letting moments play out without intervention, heads on a swivel, documenting it all. We’ll keep the energy flowing, make sure your drink is replenished, and remind you to breathe and be yourself.
