THE BACKYARD COLLECTION

This collection was curated for the weddings that are centered around an intimate celebration with those closest to you. With eight hours of coverage and two photographers, we focus on documenting your important , essential moments you desire to preserve. Within this collection, you can embrace the excitement of a new chapter in your story documented through a complimentary engagement session.
From our comprehensive timeline call, where we really grasp the understanding of what you want to be documented, through walking with you and guiding you throughout your day, The Backyard Collection can be tailored to you, and what matters the most, to make this investment worthy beyond your wedding day.

This collection is curated for those who crave the deepened focus on connection and presence. With ten hours of coverage and two photographers, we will preserve the day from the emotional anticipation before you exchange vows, through the celebration after. An investment that begins well before your wedding day with a complimentary engagement session, documenting each moment as your new chapter begins.
We will walk with you to see you, understand you, through a comprehensive timeline breakdown to personalize the investment and experience into one that truly focuses on what matters most. Guiding you in planning, and day of to truly preserve and honor the story that unfolds in each moment as you embrace them.

This collection is curated for the weddings that are full from beginning to end, where our presence is desired for the complete focus on deep connection, personally vested details, and every moment. With twelve hours of coverage and 2 photographers, we slowly move and walk with you through the entire day, from beginning to end. Preserving your moments planned and natural to deliver the timeless portraits, the intentional details, and the true emotions to honor the beauty and truth behind your story.
A collection with an investment that is farther beyond honoring the excitement and beauty of every aspect you incorporated in your day. Embrace the start of a new chapter through a complimentary engagement session, and embrace the beauty of your new chapter together with a complimentary bridal session either before or after your wedding day.

The stories don’t start and stop with weddings, and neither does your experience. While Cade and I collectively serve our couples for weddings, I work individually with many precious families, lovely engaged couples, and more. All with the same mission: documenting your truth, your story, you.
No matter the season of life you are in, whether you’re planning your proposal, celebrating your engagement season, or honoring your achievements. There’s no story that’s too small to not be important to me, documented for you. You can’t put a time on authentic imagery, so all of my sessions here (except elopements) we work together at your pace, your timing.

Bridal portraits can be booked before your wedding for bride only sessions, or beyond your wedding day for couple’s wedding portraits, for a more detail and connection focused approach to wedding portraits.
LIFESTYLE ADVENTURES
STARTING AT $350
Preserving the moments life has written for everyone, from senior portraits to family growth. Your journey doesn’t conclude after a wedding or engagement, your legacy continues on. Not a single chapter in any story is too small. Invest in preserving the most of everything important to you.

YES! Cade and I will both travel throughout and between Virginia and North Carolina. There is a $150 travel fee for him or myself, depending on where we will venture to for your wedding day.

For Weddings: A good timeframe to book me for your wedding would be at the very least 12 months out.
For Sessions: On my booking page, all sessions available can be booked within my availability as far as 8 weeks in advance.

I sure am, and will be more than happy to provide proof of such for wedding venues and other wedding vendors!
My second photographer is also licensed and insured as well, ensuring we are both protected and properly represented.

I do, and have contracts that are tailored to each and every wedding or session booking I get!
The reason? Honesty and concise communication. They are there to protect you as a client and me as a business. Each contract outlines your booking, payment schedules, my policies, deliverables, expectations, rights, and even editing tools, so you know everything you need to.
I even offer meetings to review contracts together, one on one, so you can ask questions in real time and to eliminate the unexpected.

A 30% non-refundable retainer is due when you sign the contract for all weddings and sessions to secure your date and lock you in if you need to reschedule.
All other Payments are prescheduled for you, and outlined on the invoice page attached to your contract. HoneyBook has an option for you to set up autopay on the future remaining payments. Your first payment will always be due at booking, and your last payment is always due the day before your booking.
All payment information and schedules can be viewed in your client portal, which is always accessible to you! A user friendly and accessible layout offering clear communication of expectations, and eliminating any unexpected expense surprises.

You are always welcome to send me styles you are thinking about wearing or changing into, to get my insights and opinion on what would fit the feel of the session better.
At the end of the day, this is your session. Wear what feels comfortable to you that reflects you as the human you are.

My first recommendation for every session is to find a location that means something to you. A place that holds sentiment, like where you had your first date or a location that makes you feel free.
If you aren’t sure where to go for your session, I do scout out locations while I am driving around, and have a couple of locations that I keep in my back pocket we can choose from as well.

You can Download all of your photos at once, or one by one, as High Resolution downloads straight to your camera roll, directly from your gallery link!
Download your select favorites, one by one:
Open your private gallery link, and select your first favorite.
On the option bar above the photo, select the down-pointed arrow option to open the download menu.
Select the first option “Download to Mobile”. The photo will load on a new screen.
Press and hold on the photo after it’s loaded, and select “Save to Photos”!
Download All Photos at once:
Open your private gallery link, and scroll down to see all the photos I’ve included for you!
There will be three lines that appear in the top left corner.
When you select that menu, there is a “Download All Photos” option you can select, which will give you the “Download All Photos - High-Res option.
A download page will appear; select the first option “Download to Mobile” to import them straight to your phone’s camera roll!
